Purchasing the trailer was easy. However after the first rain the trailer was leaking from what the service staff thought was the door. After they "fixed" the problem we had an RV tech look at it and they discovered that the roof had a crack in it. Brought the trailer back to CT Trailers in Bolton and showed them. They kept the trailer for two days and never called us in that time period to keep us updated. I am a landscaper and need my Bravo 16' trailer everyday to haul mowers. When I finally picked the trailer up I was lied to about the problem being fixed. The only thing the service center did was put caulk in the crack. A job that would have taken no longer than an hour. Brian in the service department was rude and defensive about the issue. I am still dealing with this problem. Go ahead and buy a trailer from this place, they take your money no problem, but there service is terrible. Poor communication and Brian in service does not know how to communicate and has poor customer service abilities. My advice.. Spend a little extra money at a place that actually knows what they are talking about. I've owned this trailer two months and have a ten year warranty, and they are refusing to fix the trailer the proper way.

Hands down the best purchasing experience I have ever had. I wish buying a car was this easy. I walked in and told them what I wanted. There team stopped everything and got me out the door. If your buying a trailer this is the only place to go.
Suck so bad it’s pathetic... they told me my trailer was wired wrong THEY ARE THE ONES THAT WIRED IT. Such a joke I’m going to Tennessee next week to buy a trailer cause they are just so bad. Rip off, service sucks, problem after problem.
